Domestic Assistance

Domestic assistance includes a general tidy of the residence, vacuum of living areas and bedrooms, sweeping, mopping of hard floors, dusting, wiping down of kitchen surfaces including the outside of fridge and oven, toilet cleaning and wiping down of bathroom surfaces, removing rubbish and placing in the wheelie bin, and either linen service specified below:

Standard bedding: linen changed and placed in washing machine

Extra bedding: linen washed and hung on clothes line, bed remade with fresh linen (minimum 2-hour service required to ensure adequate time for completion)

Other services that can be included as part of a 2-hour minimum clean, including ironing, washing of dishes and bringing in dry items from the washing line.

Spring Cleaning

For more moderate needs, spring cleaning services such as cleaning out of the pantry and fridge for outdated items along with white goods and oven cleaning are available.

Specialty Cleans

Specialty cleaning services can also be provided such as cleaning of windows, pet areas, outdoor areas, carpets, curtains and blinds, mould and bodily fluids. Have any other cleaning needs, we'll source it for you.

Enhancing Care Manager Insight with Welfare Risk Notifications

When our domestic assistance attendants visit your clients, they proactively check for signs of concern such as food availability, feedback from the client such as having had a fall or being unwell, and any observations of something unusual in the client's behaviour or environment. Using our AI technology, these risk factors are automatically detected in the checkout notes and included in an email sent directly to the Care Manager who referred the client. You can choose to receive email notifications for all visits with check out notes or only when welfare observations are made. Its your choice.

What services do you offer?

We offer three main services: domestic assistance, spring cleaning and specialty cleaning. Our domestic assistance service includes cleaning and household chores, whilst our spring cleaning and specialty clean service focuses on deeper cleaning, removal of unwanted or out of date items, and specialized tasks.

How can I book your services?

Booking our services is easy. Simply fill out the contact page or give us a call to schedule an appointment. Our friendly team will guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have.

Are your cleaners trained and insured?

Yes, all our cleaners are highly trained professionals who have undergone thorough background checks. They are also fully insured, giving you peace of mind while they work in your client's home.

Are there any other benefits to on-line referrals?

Absolutely, via mandatory questions we can ensure that your team enter all the information that you require for invoicing. We know invoicing can be a pain point and by receiving the data in the correct format every time, we can automate the process to help invoice quickly and accurately.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve NSW from Southern Sydney to Newcastle, and in QLD from Coolangatta to Hervey Bay

What if we have other requirements?

Just let us know. For example, some organizations require NDIS certification for all service attendants. If that's the case, as our system will always match an attendant with that certification to your services.

What safety measures do you have in place?

At Residenz, we prioritize the safety of our clients and staff. We have implemented strict safety protocols, including individual risk assessments and controls, the use of personal protective equipment and adherence to all health regulations.

Do you employ your staff directly or are they contracted?

We have a mixture of direct employees and contractors to help us provide a breadth of services across multiple regions. We understand that some organizations want us to use directly employed staff only. If that's the case, just let us know and our platform has the smarts to ensure that the staff allocated to your services are all directly employed by Residenz.

What if I'm not satisfied with the service?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, please let us know within 48 hours, and we will make it right. Your feedback helps us improve our services.

How do I refer work?

It's all on-line. Simply complete our on-line form to refer a client and you can even upload their care plan. You can select their individual preferences and the information is then securely transferred directly into our platform, removing all manual handling of data and the risks associated with it. Want to refer a bulk volume of clients in one go? We have a template that you can complete and upload on-line in one go. Want to change a client's services? Again it's all on-line, whether you are making changes to one day's service or an ongoing booking. Want to give us feedback? We love it and again you can do this on-line for compliments, complaints or just general feedback you want to pass on.
