• Washing clothes and linen, hanging on the line and bringing in dry items.
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Dusting
• Cleaning of surfaces in kitchen and bathroom
• Washing dishes or stacking the dishwasher
• Ironing

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Are passionate about helping the elderly.
• Want to provide a great service for their clients.
• Are well organised and punctual.
• Have good people skills and can engage easily and tactfully with their clients, building long-lasting relationships.
• Have a current Australian Driver's License and their own vehicle.
• Have a current police check and are COVID immunised (required for working in homecare).

• You can set your own hours around your schedule (i.e. school drop off / pick up, study timetable etc.) and let us know the days and time that you can commit to.

Senior Scheduler needed

We need a super team member who brings these three key qualities:

1: A passion for helping the elderly and can communicate easily and empathetically with clients on the phone to help arrange services for them.

2: Commercial acumen that will enable them to manage complex client schedules and roster effectively for clients, employees and contractors whilst optimising economic results for the company.

3: Ability to operate adeptly in a complex business environment, liaising with partners, clients, service team, contractors, and other business departments whilst guiding and developing the client scheduling team.

The role:

Managing all scheduling activities to deliver exceptional service outcomes for our current and new clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Communicating with elderly clients on the phone to capture their individual needs and schedule services.
• Liaising with client's care managers to confirm requirements and update them regarding any changes.
• Managing service team schedules across NSW and QLD to optimise economic outcomes and efficiency for our service team and their clients.
• Guide and develop a small client scheduling team.
• Tactical sourcing of contractors to deliver specialty services such as window cleaning, gardening, general maintenance etc.
• Management of daily service schedules and liaison with State Managers as required to ensure quality and timely delivery.
